Welcome to SpecScribe. By using our ambient voice AI medical scribe and EHR sync application, you agree to comply with the terms detailed below.

1. License and Scope

SpecScribe grants clinical licensees a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform. Licensees must be certified healthcare practitioners.

2. Clinician Responsibility

SpecScribe generates draft records. It is the sole responsibility of the clinician to review, edit, verify accuracy, and sign off on all SOAP notes and mapped ICD-11 diagnosis codes before pushing to EHR systems or submitting billing claims.

3. Patient Consent

Clinicians are responsible for obtaining appropriate verbal or written patient consent before activating ambient recording features in consultation rooms, in compliance with regional healthcare regulations.
