We collect clinician account credentials (name, clinic email, and practice profile) to verify licensing. We process ambient audio feeds strictly in real-time memory to generate SOAP summaries. We do not store raw soundwaves or audio transcripts permanently once note rendering concludes.

2. HIPAA Data Integrity

Patient information processed by our integration API complies with HIPAA Administrative Safeguards. BAA agreements are executed with all covered entities to ensure appropriate security protections.

3. Security Operations

We employ full AES-256 local database encryption and TLS 1.3 encrypted data transit pipelines. Access logs are archived to prevent unauthorized modifications to client records.
