How SpecScribe Works

From natural voice dialogue to structured clinical records in your EHR. Learn how SpecScribe automates your charting cycle.

Phase 01

Ambient Conversation Capture

Start the session via any clinical device. SpecScribe captures the natural diagnostic conversation between you and your patient. There is no need for dictation macros or voice command structures.

Phase 02

Neural Voice Processing

Our custom multi-channel filter isolates clinician and patient voices. SpecScribe ignores background noises (such as keyboard typing, telephone rings, and crying children) to feed clean, isolated speech files to the transcription engine.
